Global Talent Acquisition Partner
Playtech's Global Talent Acquisition Team is looking for an experienced and proactive Global Talent Acquisition Partner. This role is part of the Gaming & Customer Experience team, a dedicated sub-team of the Global TA function focused on hiring across gaming products and customer-facing functions, including product, design, analytics, CRM, and customer experience within gaming verticals.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance, and participate in evaluating candidates’ competencies. The role also involves actively sourcing candidates to build a strong candidate pipeline and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaboration with business teams, local People & Culture teams, and the Global People & Culture Advisory Partners team is essential to ensure alignment on hiring needs. The role also promotes a culture of diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging within the company, and supports employer branding, learning & development, and DEIB initiatives. Ensuring compliance with global and local talent acquisition policies is also a key responsibility.

- Previous hands-on experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the field of technology (required).
