IT Technical Support Specialist
Playtech is looking for an IT Technical Support Specialist whose main task will be to provide technical support to the company's employees and maintain the company's IT infrastructure. This role includes both software and hardware management, as well as active participation in the provision of studio equipment.
The specialist will work in a dynamic environment, requiring the assurance of continuous system operation and the provision of quality assistance to colleagues. The job requires the ability to respond quickly to technical problems and the ability to work a shift schedule.
- Advise employees on technical matters.
- Installation, administration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, and servers running Windows OS and Linux.
- Professional installation of studio equipment: cameras, lighting, and sound equipment.
- Resolve technical equipment problems and address technical issues related to OS, MS Office, email, network, etc.
- Full Windows OS setup, including drivers, BIOS, and other related software.
- System monitoring to ensure continuous product operation.
- Previous experience in providing IT support services (required).
- Excellent customer service skills (required).
- Good knowledge of English (at least B2 level) (required).
- Good Windows OS skills - network problem diagnosis, installation, configuration, and remote support, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, MS Office 365 (required).
- Networking knowledge (nice-to-have).
- Experience in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and resolving software application issues (required).
- Ability to present technological information in a simplified manner (required).
- Ability to work shifts, including night shifts (required).
