Personnel Administrative Specialist

The role involves ensuring the legally correct preparation and full process of initiating, changing, and terminating employment legal relationships. This includes preparing employment contracts, agreements, orders, warnings, and other personnel record-keeping documents.
The specialist will monitor that personnel record-keeping processes comply with the requirements of the Labour Law and other regulations. They will create, maintain, and systematise personnel record-keeping documents according to legal requirements and timely and accurately enter and maintain data in personnel accounting systems.
Furthermore, the role ensures accurate and timely information flow between the company's structural units. It involves analysing, compiling, and preparing reports for management, auditors, and state institutions. The specialist will provide support to employees in resolving personnel management issues and assist in implementing various HR initiatives, performing other similar tasks related to the full functioning of HR administration.
- Ensure the legally correct preparation and full process of initiating, changing, and terminating employment legal relationships.
- Prepare employment contracts, agreements, orders, warnings, and other personnel record-keeping documents.

- Understanding of personnel management principles, processes, and Labour Law requirements (required).
- Accuracy, a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to work with a large volume of information (required).
- Analytical skills – the ability to compile data, prepare high-quality reports, and present results to management (required).
- Excellent Latvian and English language skills (spoken and written) (required).
- Russian language skills are desirable (nice-to-have).
- Good communication skills and a focus on supporting employees (required).
- Technical skills – MS Office, JIRA, HRIS, and other systems (required).
