Poker Promotions Manager
Playtech's Poker Unit is looking for a proactive Poker Promotions Manager who enjoys planning and delivering engaging poker promotions to join the team.
You will drive the planning, coordination and delivery of poker promotions across the iPoker network, ensuring campaigns are executed accurately and on schedule.
The role involves managing a diverse portfolio of promotional activities, including tournament series, cash game promotions, Twister and SNG campaigns, and live-event qualifiers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Network Management, Product, Network Operations, and Poker Reports, to deliver engaging player experiences.
- Drive the planning, coordination and delivery of poker promotions across the iPoker network, ensuring campaigns are executed accurately and on schedule.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of promotional activities, including tournament series, cash game promotions, Twister and SNG campaigns and live-event qualifiers.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Network Management, Product, Network Operations, and Poker Reports, to deliver engaging player experiences.
- Coordinate campaign setup and execution by defining mechanics, eligibility, promotional assets, timelines and reporting requirements.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse key commercial and player engagement metrics and provide actionable insights to optimise future promotions.
- Build strong relationships with network operators by supporting campaign launches, communicating updates and ensuring a seamless promotional experience.
- Support the rollout of new poker features and promotional initiatives by working closely with internal stakeholders and providing operational expertise.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of promotional processes, documentation and campaign delivery to ensure operational excellence across the network.
- 3+ years experience in online poker, iGaming, CRM, promotions, or a related commercial role (required).
- Strong understanding of online poker landscape and products (required).
- Experience planning, launching and evaluating promotional campaigns (required).
- Experience supporting poker acquisition, retention, reactivation and player engagement initiatives (required).
- Exposure to CRM tools and campaign-management platforms, including player segmentation, targeting and player lifecycle (required).
- Ability to collaborate with operators and cross-functional teams to coordinate network-wide CRM and promotional activities (required).
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets (required).
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas and performance modelling (required).
- Experience using BI or reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar (required).
- Strong commercial understanding of Poker KPI’s and key revenue drivers (required).
- Strong organisational, project management and stakeholder-management skills (required).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines (required).
- Practical knowledge of SQL (nice-to-have).
