Policy Control System (PCS) Administrator
PlayTech is looking for a Policy Control System (PCS) Administrator to join the Corporate Compliance and Governance team in Sofia. This role serves as the central, hands-on administrator for the company's Policy Control System, which manages the registration, version control, approval, publication, and archiving of all corporate policies and controlled documents.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Corporate Compliance and Governance to maintain the integrity of corporate documentation. PlayTech provides full in-house training on the system technology and offers a clear path for the individual to take on broader ownership of the function over time.
- Maintain the Policy Control System as the single, authoritative source of truth for all corporate policies and procedures.
- Apply and enforce the agreed identification codes, naming conventions and formatting standards for every controlled document, so that lineage and traceability are always clear.
- Carry out the final administrative review of submitted documents before publication, and check that versioning is correct so a new document properly supersedes the one before it.
- Coordinate with departments across the business to confirm that stakeholder feedback has been incorporated and that each document has the required sign-off before release.
- Manage the release of finalised documents into the central repository, keeping them accessible to the right user roles and restricted from everyone else.
- Configure access rights and permissions in the system according to defined user roles and security levels.
- Look after the full document lifecycle: storage, retention, decommissioning and archiving, in line with company policy and legally required retention periods.
- Protect published documents using the agreed technical settings, so that final versions cannot be altered.
- Deliver practical training to document owners and approvers on how the system works, and keep records of who has been trained.
- Support internal audits by producing complete, traceable documentation and audit trails, and help log and track the remediation of any findings.
- Two to four years of experience in an administrative, document control, process or policy-related role within a corporate environment (required).
- Write and edit to a genuinely high standard in English. Your written English needs to be strong and precise, because you will be reviewing and improving formal corporate documents (required).
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, including styles, section breaks and templates, and comfortable keeping a large set of documents to one consistent corporate look (required).
- Meticulous and rigorous with detail, and take pride in following defined procedures exactly (required).
- Communicate confidently with colleagues at every level and across very different functions, from finance and tax to compliance, legal, technology and people teams (required).
- Can work independently on agreed directives, manage your own workflow and prioritise without close supervision (required).
- Experience in technical or policy writing, or in preparing formal documentation for a large organisation (nice-to-have).
- Any qualification, certification or formal training in corporate governance, risk or internal control (nice-to-have).
- Exposure to corporate group policy areas such as AML, anti-bribery and corruption, data protection or information security (nice-to-have).
- Experience supporting a legal, company secretarial or governance team, or working alongside legal professionals (nice-to-have).
- An understanding of what a publicly listed company needs from its policies and reporting, beyond the words on the page (nice-to-have).
- Additional premium health insurance, including children up to 18 years old.
- 145 EUR additional monthly allowance: 40 EUR food vouchers and 105 EUR paid with your salary (70 EUR for food and 35 EUR for connectivity/ transportation).
- A hybrid model with flexible working hours and work-from-home days, based at our office at the European Trade Center on Tsarigradsko Shose Blvd.
- 20+ vacation days.
- A fully covered Multisport card.
- Annual salary review and annual bonus eligibility.
- Company-sponsored training.
- Modern offices and IT equipment.
- Corporate discounts.
- Regular team events.
- A refer-a-friend bonus programme.
