ProdOps Engineer (Intern)
Playtech's POP (Playtech Open Platform) Team is looking for a proactive Product Operations Engineer Intern with strong investigation skills.
The intern will process internal and external customers' requests and issues. They will investigate user complaints by analysing application logs and finding solutions based on existing documentation. Collaboration with partners and stakeholders will occur through ticket systems and emails. The role also involves applying application configuration changes and supporting deployment, verification, and testing processes.

- Possess intermediate or higher proficiency in English, both written and spoken (required).

- Bring strong troubleshooting and investigation skills (required).
- Have a basic understanding of network communications and protocols, including HTTP(S), TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and load balancing (required).
- Experience with visualization tools such as Kibana and Grafana (nice-to-have).
- Familiarity with Linux command line interface (nice-to-have).
- Experience in L2 production application support (nice-to-have).
- Experience with CI/CD tools and processes, including Git, Jenkins, Argo CD (nice-to-have).
- Programming/scripting on one of programming languages (nice-to-have).
