Product Manager
Playtech's Poker Unit is looking for a proactive Product Manager who enjoys turning ideas into innovative products to join their team.
The role involves owning product initiatives from discovery through launch and continuous improvement. The Product Manager will contribute to the execution of Playtech Poker’s product strategy and roadmap.
Key responsibilities include defining product requirements, writing clear specifications, and prioritizing the product backlog. The role requires partnering with Engineering, Design, QA, Commercial, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product features. Collaboration with stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle is essential to ensure alignment on priorities and delivery.
This position focuses on turning customer, operator, and market insights into product improvements. The Product Manager will monitor product performance using key KPIs and analytics, translating insights into actionable recommendations. Supporting successful feature launches while ensuring compliance with regulatory and market requirements is also a key aspect of the role.
Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into valuable product solutions is crucial. The role aims to continuously improve the player experience and strengthen Playtech Poker’s competitive position.

- Have proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar role (required).
- Demonstrate success delivering digital products from discovery through launch (required).
- Can translate business needs into clear product requirements and priorities (required).
- Use product metrics, KPIs, and customer insights to drive product decisions (required).
- Build strong relationships and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority (required).
- Understand technical concepts and collaborate effectively with engineering teams (required).
- Have excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills (required).
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required).
- Experience within the iGaming industry (nice-to-have).
