Product Manager Poker
PlayTech's Poker Unit is looking for a proactive Product Manager who enjoys turning ideas into innovative products to join their team. The role involves owning product initiatives from discovery through launch and continuous improvement, and contributing to the execution of PlayTech Poker’s product strategy and roadmap.
The Product Manager will define product requirements, write clear specifications, and prioritise the product backlog. They will partner with Engineering, Design, QA, Commercial and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product features, and collaborate with stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle to ensure alignment on priorities and delivery.
Key responsibilities include turning customer, operator and market insights into product improvements, monitoring product performance using key KPIs and analytics, and supporting successful feature launches while ensuring compliance with regulatory and market requirements. The role also requires building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into valuable product solutions, with the goal of continuously improving the player experience and strengthening PlayTech Poker’s competitive position.
- Own product initiatives from discovery through launch and continuous improvement.

- Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar role (required).
- Hands-on experience in the online poker industry and a strong understanding of poker products, player behaviour, gameplay mechanics, and market trends (required).
- Demonstrated success delivering digital products from discovery through launch (required).
- Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements and priorities (required).
- Experience using product metrics, KPIs, and customer insights to drive product decisions (required).
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority (required).
- Understanding of technical concepts and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams (required).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills (required).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required).
