Product Specialist (Maternity Cover)
PlayTech Managed Services is looking for a motivated Product Specialist (Maternity Cover) with great analytical skills.
The role involves collaborating closely with Product, Development, and Operations teams to bring new features and improvements. The successful candidate will analyse customer feedback and market trends to identify and apply opportunities for product enhancement. They will also participate in regular team catch-ups and sync meetings to stay aligned and contribute to ongoing projects. Additionally, the role includes helping to maintain product documentation, support knowledge bases, and assist in resolving product-related issues. Staying up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in product development and compliance is also a key aspect of this position.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and Operations teams to bring new features and improvements.

- Participate in regular team catch-ups and sync meetings to stay aligned and contribute to ongoing projects.
- Help maintain product documentation, support knowledge bases, and assist in resolving product-related issues.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in product development and compliance.
- Experience in product management and development, specifically with ticketing systems, Jira, QA systems, and automation tools (nice-to-have).
- Willingness to learn how to develop product roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria (required).
- Motivation to learn how to conduct user acceptance testing to ensure that the product meets customer requirements (required).
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills (required).
- Role-related experience (nice-to-have).
- Experience with Zendesk (nice-to-have).
- Zendesk certifications or knowledge of Zendesk administration and configuration (nice-to-have).
- Hybrid work model after the third month, with 3 days per week expected in the office.
