Project Coordinator
Playtech's POP (Playtech Open Platform) unit is looking for a proactive Project Coordinator with strong interpersonal skills.
The role involves coordinating and overseeing the execution of 10+ small projects simultaneously, ensuring timely achievement of objectives and successful project delivery.
The Project Coordinator will analyze, triage, and follow up on project issues or blockers with the responsible teams. They will act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
This role requires developing and maintaining detailed project documentation, including schedules, reports, and progress updates. The Project Coordinator will also identify potential project risks and proactively propose solutions to mitigate them, while supporting the team in resource allocation and ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of 10+ small projects simultaneously, ensuring timely achievement of objectives and successful project delivery.
- Analyze, triage and follow-up the projects issues/ blockers to the responsible teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, reports, and progress updates.
- Identify potential project risks and proactively propose solutions to mitigate them.
- Support the team in resource allocation and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.
- Possess 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role (required).
- Demonstrate excellent teamwork and communication skills (required).
- Have good spoken and written English upper intermediate (required).
- Have the ability to learn quickly and the willingness to continuously improve yourself (required).
- Are a self-motivated proactive individual with a positive attitude (required).
- Show good problem-solving skills and be detail-oriented (required).
- Exhibit strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously (required).
- Demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to navigate challenges effectively (required).
