Quality Assurance Analyst
Playtech Assurance Team is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
You will critically assess the performance of operational systems and processes. Develop QA testing strategies. Proactively identify gaps in processes and implement measures to mitigate them. QA the compliance program processes, manually and automatically (using the output of the Robotic Process Automation).
Provide both verbal and written communications regarding project status, risks and issues. Onboard new additions to the QA team. Assist with the management of different operational projects and take responsibility for overall project delivery.

- Fluent in both spoken and written English (required).
- Experience in Quality Assurance (required).
- Experience from the online gaming industry or any financial institution (such as payment processors, fintech, or the banking sector) (required).
