Risk Management and Payments Specialist
Playtech Managed Services is looking for a multitasking Risk Management & Payments Specialist at a junior level with great analytical skills. The role involves handling online payment cases and preventing financial losses from fraudulent deposits, checking transactions, and generating reports and analysis. It also includes handling chargebacks, compromised accounts, and funds recovery, as well as communicating with internal and external parties for fraud concerns, verifications, and follow-up. The specialist will also help users cover their balances, adjust their accounts, and monitor their activities, while investigating different fraud patterns.
- Handle online payment cases and prevent financial losses from fraudulent deposits.
- Check transactions and generate different reports and analysis.
- Handle chargebacks, compromised accounts, and funds recovery.
- Communicate with internal and external parties for fraud concerns, verifications, follow-up, etc.
- Help users cover their balances, adjust their accounts, and monitor their activities.
- Investigate different fraud patterns.
- Fluent in English (required).
- Available to work on flexible shifts (required).
- Previous experience in the Finance field (required).
- Knowledge of MS Office, Windows, and Internet applications (required).
- Possess excellent communication and multi-tasking skills (required).
- A team player with a positive attitude (required).
- Experience in a similar position (nice-to-have).
