Playtech's Global Talent Acquisition Team is looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Global Talent Acquisition Partner. This is a temporary position covering maternity leave.

The role involves taking responsibility for the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles. Collaboration with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance is key. The position also requires participation in evaluating candidates' competencies and actively sourcing candidates to build a strong pipeline.

Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process is essential. The role requires collaboration with business teams, local People & Culture teams, and the Global People & Culture Advisory Partners team to ensure alignment on hiring needs. Promoting a culture of diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging within the company is also a core aspect of the role.

Support for employer branding, learning & development, and DEIB initiatives is expected. Compliance with global and local talent acquisition policies is also a requirement.

Responsibilities
  • Take responsibility for the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance.
  • Participate in evaluating candidates’ competencies.
  • Actively source candidates to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements
  • Previous hands-on experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the technology field (required).
  • Understanding of the importance of staying up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the field (required).
  • Clever and solution-oriented mindset, always ready to think outside the box (required).
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality work, focusing on efficiency and smart ways of working (required).
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to understand managers’ and teams’ needs, collaborating with them as a strategic partner (required).
  • Effective networking and communication skills to attract top talent (required).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment and remain adaptable under changing conditions (required).
