UI/UX Designer
Playtech is seeking a proactive, detail-driven UI/UX Designer to help elevate its design standards and contribute meaningfully to product development. This role is not just about making things look good; the designer will play a key role in improving how the company works, balancing thoughtful user-centred design with the speed required of a fast-paced environment.
The designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces across web and mobile platforms, developing wireframes and interactive prototypes, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to shape great user experiences. The role also involves supporting end-to-end design delivery from concept through to developer handoff, helping to improve design processes, and advocating for best practices in collaboration and iteration. The designer will need to balance speed and attention to detail, adapting to changing priorities and fast-paced delivery, and be willing to jump in where needed to support broader creative or product-related tasks.
- Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
- Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes.

- Support end-to-end design delivery from concept through to design commit and developer handoff.
- Help improve design processes and advocate for best practices in collaboration and iteration.

- Jump in where needed to support broader creative or product-related tasks.
- 3+ years of experience in UI design, ideally with some UX awareness or involvement (required).
- Proficient in Figma and comfortable working within established design systems (required).
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) (required).
- Understand layout, typography, and visual hierarchy and apply them with consistency (required).
- Can balance quick delivery with polished, high-quality output (required).
- Communicate effectively and collaborate well with other designers, developers, and product teams (required).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and take ownership of work (required).
- Experience in gaming (nice-to-have).
- Understanding of front-end technologies and accessibility (nice-to-have).
- Familiarity with Spine or animation tools (nice-to-have).
- A degree in design or a relevant field (preferred).
