Billing & Collection Analyst
ARRISE is looking for a Billing & Collection Analyst to manage the financial heartbeat of the organisation. In this pivotal role, the analyst will oversee the collections process, analyse accounts receivable data, and identify trends to reduce outstanding balances.
The successful candidate will use their expertise in financial analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and achieve financial targets. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a passion for process optimisation and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Generate, check and analyse invoices.
- Answer any queries regarding invoices and data in systems.
- Evaluate and analyse information gathered from clients and investigate any discrepancy in the system.
- Ensure correct and reliable data is in the system.
- Create ad hoc reports for the management team.
- Contact suppliers for missing data and update on systems.
- Communicate with Account Managers, Business Development Managers and stakeholders.
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
- Perform any other tasks assigned which fall under the employee's area of expertise.
