Country Manager Nordics
ARRISE is seeking a dynamic Country Manager to identify new business opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and drive growth. The role involves building strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and confidently presenting ARRISE's product offerings.
The Country Manager will coordinate with internal teams, create sales materials, attend trade shows, and provide regular reports on sales progress. This position is designed for a professional who can shape ARRISE's success and expand its market presence through strategic engagement and consultative selling.
- Identify new business targets through research, existing relationships, targeted contact, or formal introductions.
- Move customers through the sales cycle.
- Create and manage the sales pipeline through focused activity.
- Understand and define customer requirements to sell in a consultative and partnered way.
- Develop relationships with customers and understand their business fully to ensure appropriate sales approaches.
- Act as a Product Expert on current and future ARRISE offerings, to talk with confidence and passion about the wide range of solutions.
- Coordinate internal teams to assist in converting leads to customers.
- Develop and update sales material including presentation resources to assist in the sale process.
- Create profitable commercials based on business needs and customer requirements.
- Report back to the business on the progress of each customer through the sales cycle.
- Attend trade shows, events, and conferences where required.
- Complete demonstrations of ARRISE's product solutions either remotely or face-to-face in customer offices.
- Work with the Product and Marketing Teams to develop specific initiatives to win new business.
- Large network of C-level contacts in the gaming or gambling sector (required).
- Gaming experience within the Nordic iGaming markets, either in the online B2B industry in sales or account management, or a commercial B2C role (required).
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Swedish/Danish and English (required).
- In-depth knowledge of casino/slots and live casino products (required).
- Experience creating and implementing sales strategies either regionally or globally (required).
- Knowledge in marketing (required).
- Ability to cope with a fast-paced, complex, and rapidly changing environment (required).
- Able to manage time and work under pressure to tight deadlines (required).
- Able to manage the demands of numerous tasks (required).
- Able to work on own initiative and within a team environment (required).
