Game Release Coordinator
ARRISE is seeking a Game Release Coordinator to manage the bespoke slots portfolio, ensuring successful game releases. The role involves working closely with commercial teams to maximise the business value of the game portfolio.
The Game Release Coordinator will lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure that games meet business requirements and industry regulations. This individual will act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including internal leadership, external partners, and regulatory bodies, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
Key responsibilities include compiling feedback from stakeholders on processes and implementing necessary changes. The role also requires proactively tracking project risks and providing mitigation strategies, as well as monitoring market trends and player preferences within the gaming industry to ensure new releases are strategically positioned for success.
- Manage the bespoke slots portfolio, ensuring successful game release.
- Work closely with commercial teams to maximise the business value of the game portfolio.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure that games meet business requirements and industry regulations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including internal leadership, external partners, and regulatory bodies, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring that project objectives are clearly communicated and understood.
- Compile feedback from stakeholders on processes and implement process changes where necessary.
- Proactively track project risks and provide mitigation strategies.
- Monitor market trends and player preferences within the gaming industry, ensuring that new releases are strategically positioned to capture interest and perform successfully in the competitive marketplace.
- Proven track record of successfully managing game releases (required).
- At least 2 years of experience in the European gaming or gambling sector (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organising skills to coordinate project activities (required).
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities (required).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, design, marketing, and customer support (required).
- Ability to work with details and time-sensitive issues (required).
