Gaming Integrity Fraud & Risk Department Team Leader
The Gaming Integrity Fraud & Risk Department Team Leader plays a pivotal role in safeguarding the integrity of ARRISE's operations. This hands-on leadership position involves managing a team of Risk Analysts, overseeing risk and fraud detection processes, ensuring operational compliance, and fostering a high-performance team culture.
The role demands both analytical expertise and exceptional people management skills to maintain robust, efficient, and secure gaming environments.
- Supervise daily operations of the Risk team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Monitor player activity, betting patterns, and fraud indicators to protect Live Casino integrity.
- Oversee and validate risk reports for quality, consistency, and actionable insights.
- Coordinate shift tasks, handle live escalations, and support team decision-making in complex cases.
- Mentor and train team members to foster continuous professional development and performance.
- Collaborate with senior management to enhance workflows, tools, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and contribute to performance evaluations and bonus reviews.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in risk or fraud-related roles in the iGaming industry, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity. (required)
