Global Mobility Administrator with Russian
ARRISE is seeking a hardworking, caring, and ambitious Mobility Administrator to support its growing Human Resources team within the Global Mobility department. The role involves providing advice and counsel to local business units, international personnel, and assignees on matters of expatriate policy and process, covering a range of foreign national and expatriate issues.
The successful candidate will oversee the relocation process from end to end to ensure the HR department supports employees while conforming to local labour laws. This position requires a highly motivated individual with a strong administrative background and a proven ability to manage a diverse workload independently or as part of a team.
- Manage worldwide immigration/relocation cases process in full and act as the secondary point of contact to answer questions, together with Local HR Team and Global HR Team.
- Manage the worldwide business traveler cases process in full and act as the secondary point of contract to answer questions.
- Maintain and develop relationships with employees, managers, and Business stakeholders.
- Manage and develop the Global Mobility Teamâs assignments, business travel/ and transfers in the Global Mobility HR System.
- Coordinate the necessary hiring/travel requirements for employees/candidates to other countries, visas, work permits related processes.
- Maintenance of records and reports as per the Immigration requirements.
- Issuing the cover letters and invite letters and other supporting documents for Immigration processes.
- Build, extract, and monitor regular reports from the Global Mobility HR System to ensure data accuracy.
- Experience working in a similar Global Mobility role or a HR role which has involved some aspect of relocation/immigration support (required).
- Fluency in Russian (native or near-native) (required).
- Strong command of the Serbian language (required).
- Understanding of the employee lifecycle business processes (required).
- Understanding of worldwide immigration practices/processes, as well as worldwide employment law and practice (required).
- Educated to degree level, or with equivalent qualification (required).
- Ability to work effectively within a team (required).
