Group Treasurer
ARRISE is seeking a Group Treasurer to manage the treasury team and function across multiple international operations. The role involves overseeing daily cash management, developing banking relationships, and ensuring the availability of multiple banking channels for global payments.
The Group Treasurer will be responsible for expanding banking capabilities, providing detailed cash forecasting, and managing financial risks related to treasury operations. This position requires a strategic approach to cash management and the ability to maintain strong relationships with banking partners while ensuring compliance with KYC requirements.
- Manage the Treasury team.
- Manage the Treasury function supporting multiple international operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and future banks.
- Manage the onboarding process for banks across the Group.
- Ensure multiple banking channels are available through-out the Group with multiple correspondent banking channels open at all times for both incoming and outgoing payments.
- Expand and enhance the Group banking capabilities in multiple countries.
- Provide detailed weekly cash forecasting maximising the benefit of FX for the required Group companies.
- Oversee the daily cash management process across multiple companies and currencies, in conjunction with our shared service centre in Bucharest.
- Own the direct relationship with banks in relation to ad hoc transaction related queries and the provision of requested back-up documentation.
- Keep all KYC documentation up to date with the banks.
- Manage the financial risk as it relates to treasury operations.
- Develop and implement cash management operational strategies.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
- Provide any other services as may be required by the Company from time to time, which fall under the Treasury Function.
- Significant senior level corporate treasury experience within large, complex multinational organisations (required).
- Demonstrated ownership of treasury outcomes across liquidity, FX, funding, and banking (required).
- Experience within insurance, reinsurance, or regulated financial services (required).
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to operate credibly at VP and executive levels (required).
- Comfortable supporting growth businesses with increasing transaction complexity (required).
- Professional qualification (preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate treasury or finance roles within multinational or complex multi-entity environments (required).
- I-gaming experience (nice-to-have).
