HR Assistant
As an HR Assistant, you'll be the vital support system for the HR team, handling administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding processes.
This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to manage various HR-related documentation and systems effectively.
- Greeting colleagues and solve any HR related queries.
- Drawing up specific legal documents: individual labor contracts, additional documents, decisions, certificates, requests, statements, etc.
- Preparing, checking and archiving the personnel files.
- Keep records of all HR related documents.
- Maintain computer system by updating and entering data.
- Orient new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.).
- Serve as a point of contact for all new employee questions.
- Maintain current HR files and databases.
- Update and maintain employee benefits, employment status, and similar records.
- Complete termination paperwork and assisting with exit interviews.
- Problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve queries in a timely manner (required).
- Strong interpersonal skills (required).
- To communicate clearly, both written and verbally, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team (required).
- English medium level (required).
- Medium level of using MO package (required).
- Good prioritization and time-planning (required).
