Human Resources Business Partner
The role involves partnering with business unit leadership to develop a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team. It serves as a Business Partner with Live Casino Operations management to ensure large-scale success across multiple sites.
The position contributes to the overall people plan, with a focus on developing retention and employee engagement initiatives, improving employee morale, productivity, and satisfaction. It effectively leads performance management and employee relations strategy, including advising managers on team motivation, conducting appraisals, providing feedback, and overseeing disciplinary and grievance processes. The role also involves coaching, developing, and advising managers to enable them to fully undertake their people management role and embed leadership behaviours. It upskills people managers, supporting with the implementation of recruitment strategy, onboarding, workforce planning, performance management, engagement, and employee relations. The role drives ARRISE Values "PRO" throughout the team, ensuring alignment with the entire business and delivering a productive and engaged workforce. It defines the L&D approach, identifies training needs, and develops relevant L&D initiatives. The role manages and supports HR Specialists, ensuring effective delivery of HR services, professional development, and workload prioritisation.

- Serve as Business Partner with Live Casino Operations management to ensure large scale success across multiple sites.
- Contribute to overall people plan, with a focus on developing retention and employee engagement initiatives, improving employee morale, productivity and satisfaction.
- Effectively lead performance management and employee relations strategy including advising managers on team motivation, conducting appraisals, providing feedback and overseeing disciplinary and grievance processes.
- Coach, develop and advise managers to enable them to fully undertake their people management role and embed the leadership behaviors.
- Upskill people managers supporting with implementation of recruitment strategy, onboarding, workforce planning, performance management, engagement and employee relations.
- Drive ARRISE Values âPROâ throughout the team ensuring this is aligned with the entire business, delivering a productive and engaged workforce.
- Define L&D approach, identify training needs and develop relevant L&D initiatives.

- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills in English and Bulgarian (required).
- Previous experience in managing and developing HR Specialists or small HR teams is considered an advantage (nice-to-have).
