Human Resources Specialist
As an HR Specialist, you'll be at the helm of the organisation's administrative functions, ensuring seamless operations in areas like payroll, benefits administration, and compliance. - Provides daily support to employees by responding to employment-related questions and requests, and offers guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Prepares and updates all necessary reports related to monthly statistics and reporting.
- Coordinates employee onboarding and termination activities, prepares all required documentation, handles employee registration and deregistration, manages electronic employee files, and ensures a smooth transition throughout the entire employment lifecycle.
- Works closely with the HR Manager to conduct regular audits of employee personnel files, as well as reviews of employment, promotion, and termination forms.
- Maintains communication with external agencies, occupational health and safety service providers, payroll agencies, consultants, and legal advisors as required.
- Supports priority HR projects involving administrative activities, including updating relevant reports and monitoring important deadlines.
- Performs any other duties and responsibilities as may be required by the Company from time to time.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment (required).
- Demonstrable up-to-date knowledge of Serbian labour legislation, and HR best practices (required).
- Proficiency in written and spoken English (required).
- Solid experience with MS Office, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly (required).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and social skills (required).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion (required).
