Junior Sales Support
As a Junior Sales Support at ARRISE, the role involves managing daily integration tasks and tracking progress. The position requires assisting with the preparation of requirements for the integration team and ensuring smooth transitions between departments. The individual will oversee feature implementations and help resolve client inquiries, providing key support to the Account Management team.
This role focuses on ensuring that operators can implement all the special features required to go live, such as bonus, DGA, and auto pay out. The Junior Sales Support will follow project management procedures to ensure timely completion of projects, review project plans, and resolve onsite problems. Developing and maintaining good and effective working relationships between clients, BDM, AM, integrations, and sales staff is also a key aspect of this position.
The Junior Sales Support will manage requests for information about clients and resolve all client questions. They will work with colleagues to achieve team objectives and KPI targets, provide help and support to the AM team, and ensure products in the agreement are live. Assisting with brand splitting is also part of the responsibilities.
- Manage the integrations list on a daily basis.
- Perform daily follow-up on new and ongoing integrations.
- Prepare all needed requirements for the integration team.
- Ensure that the transition between business development and account management departments is seamless.
- Check that the operator can implement all special features required to go live (bonus, DGA, Auto pay out).
- Follow project management procedures to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Review project plans and resolve onsite problems.
- Develop and maintain good and effective working relationships between clients, BDM, AM, integrations and sales staff.

- High school diploma, 4th degree education, all majors (required).
- Organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills (required).
- Strong written and spoken English language skills (required).
- Ability to learn quickly, as well as a quick and clear understanding of business strategy in order to ensure decisions in accordance with the same (required).
