Process Master
ARRISE is looking for a Process Master to join their Live Casino Product team and take ownership of designing, implementing, and improving delivery processes across multiple teams. This role combines process architecture, Jira administration, and operational excellence. The Process Master will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to build scalable workflows, optimise delivery, and ensure the Atlassian ecosystem accurately reflects how work moves through the organisation.
- Design and improve end-to-end delivery processes across multiple teams.
- Own process implementation, rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Configure and maintain Jira workflows, boards, automations, and project structures.
- Build advanced Jira automations and support complex cross-project workflows.
- Create and maintain process documentation and knowledge bases in Confluence.
- Define and track operational KPIs and delivery metrics.
- Facilitate onboarding and training on processes and tools.
- Partner with stakeholders across Product, Operations, and Technology to improve delivery effectiveness.
- 5+ years of experience in Process Management, Delivery Operations, Project Operations, or a similar role (required).
- Strong Jira Cloud administration experience, including workflows, automation, boards, and field configurations (required).
- Experience with Jira Service Management and Confluence (required).
- Hands-on experience with Automation for Jira and ScriptRunner Cloud (required).
- Strong understanding of delivery methodologies such as Kanban, Scrum, Lean, DevOps, or SAFe (required).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills (required).
- Ability to turn complex operational challenges into practical, scalable solutions (required).
- Experience in iGaming, Live Casino, or another fast-paced B2B product environment (nice-to-have).
- Knowledge of Jira REST API or Forge development (nice-to-have).
- Experience with eazyBI or similar reporting tools (nice-to-have).
- Familiarity with Monday.com or other work management platforms (nice-to-have).
- Monthly salary between 3300 EUR/gross until 4400 EUR gross/per month.
