Procurement Officer
ARRISE is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to manage procurement activities from sourcing and negotiation to contract implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement processes, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities while working closely with category leads, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers.
The role involves supporting the procurement lifecycle across assigned categories, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, price negotiations, purchase requisitions, and contract finalisation. It also requires coordinating with internal departments to understand needs and deliver timely procurement solutions, conducting supplier research, and maintaining accurate documentation. The Procurement Officer will track deliveries and supplier performance, ensure compliance with policies and budget allocations, and assist in drafting purchase orders and contracts. Collaboration with team leads and the Head of Procurement on project-based initiatives and process improvements is also a key aspect of the role.
- Support the procurement lifecycle across assigned categories: sourcing, supplier evaluation, price negotiations, purchase requisitions, and contract finalisation.
- Coordinate with internal departments (IT, Marketing, Construction, Studio Operations, etc.) to understand needs and deliver timely procurement solutions.
- Conduct supplier research and benchmarking to identify qualified vendors and ensure competitive pricing.
- Maintain accurate documentation and procurement records across platforms and systems.
- Track and follow up on deliveries, contract timelines, and supplier performance.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, internal controls, and budget allocations.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing purchase orders, RFQs, and basic contract terms.
- Collaborate closely with team leads and Head of Procurement on project-based initiatives and process improvements.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or a similar supply chain role (required).
- Strong understanding of procurement flow, including sourcing, RFQ/RFP processes, contracting, and delivery coordination (required).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects under time pressure and shifting priorities (required).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders (required).
- High attention to detail and structured approach to documentation and record keeping (required).
- Comfortable using procurement tools, tracking platforms, and Excel (required).
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage (nice-to-have).
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration abilities (required).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate cost-saving opportunities (required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) (required).
