Description

ARRISE is seeking a Product Analyst to partner directly with Product Managers and game designers to define, track, and evolve core product KPIs across the game portfolio. The role involves designing, running, and analysing A/B tests and product experiments, as well as conducting deep-dive analyses of player behaviour and product usage to uncover trends, friction points, and opportunities that inform the product roadmap.

The Product Analyst will apply statistical techniques to support forecasting and behavioural modelling, and build and maintain automated dashboards and self-serve reporting for product KPIs, feature adoption, and player experience metrics. ARRISE requires an individual to perform recurring analysis of product and feature performance across markets, operators, and product verticals, and translate quantitative findings into clear, actionable recommendations for Product, Game Design, and Executive stakeholders. The role also supports ad-hoc analytical requests tied to product prioritisation, feature launches, and roadmap decisions, and requires the ability to identify strong and weak points in product performance and present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities
  • Partner directly with Product Managers and game designers to define, track, and evolve core product KPIs – activation, retention, engagement, and monetization – across the game’s portfolio.
  • Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and product experiments, collaborating with Product on hypothesis design, metric definition, and interpretation of results.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses of player behavior and product usage to uncover trends, friction points, and opportunities that inform the product roadmap.
  • Apply statistical techniques – hypothesis testing, regression, segmentation/clustering – to support forecasting and behavioral modelling.
  • Build and maintain automated dashboards and self-serve reporting for product KPIs, feature adoption, and player experience metrics.
  • Perform recurring analysis of product and feature performance across markets, operators, and product verticals.
  • Translate quantitative findings into clear, actionable recommendations for Product, Game Design, and Executive stakeholders.
  • Support ad-hoc analytical requests tied to product prioritization, feature launches, and roadmap decisions.
  • Identify strong and weak points in product performance and present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field (required)
  • 5+ years of experience in a product analyst, data analyst, or similar analytical role, ideally supporting a product or engineering organization (required)
  • Experience in iGaming or online/mobile gaming is a strong advantage (preferred)
  • Strong SQL skills with experience querying large, complex datasets – must have (required)
  • Proficiency in at least one BI visualization tool (Tableau or Power BI) – must have (required)
  • Practical experience designing and analysing A/B tests or product experiments, including hypothesis testing and interpreting results – must have (required)
  • Working knowledge of statistical methods (regression, segmentation, hypothesis testing) applied to product and behavioural data (required)
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem solving (required)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into recommendations that Product Managers and executives can act on (required)
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and works well independently, while also collaborating effectively as part of a cross-functional team (required)
  • Business fluency in written and spoken English (required)
  • Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data analysis and automation (nice-to-have)
  • Familiarity with product/event-tracking analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment ) (nice-to-have)
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and the modern data stack (Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt ) (nice-to-have)
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data modelling (nice-to-have)
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams (nice-to-have)
