Product Compliance Manager
ARRISE is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Product/Technical Compliance Manager to ensure its products meet the highest regulatory standards across multiple markets. With expertise in regulated markets, the role bridges the gap between compliance and product teams, translating complex regulations into actionable solutions.
This position requires a proactive, organised individual ready to make an impact in a fast-growing industry, helping to shape the future of iGaming.
- Carrying out technical compliance gap assessments/analyses across the relevant jurisdictions/markets in order to correctly advise the relevant teams on the implementation of technical solutions/products
- Reporting any identified technical compliance risks and gaps and proposing compliant technical solutions and driving their implementation
- Acting as a point of contact with Accredited Test Labs and technical consultants and building strong working relationships
- Supporting the Studio teams with the change management procedures of the devices and hardware RNGs for the assigned markets
- Periodically revising policies/procedures with the aim to identify potential risks and/or issues
- Being a bridge between the compliance team and the technical teams
- Translating regulatory requirements into understandable technical language for developers
- Undertaking ongoing quarterly and annual technical audits with regulatory bodies
- Performing detailed analysis of current products with new or amended regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance
- Online gaming experience (B2B or B2C) (required)
- Regulated market experience (e.g. UK, Denmark, Spain) (required)
- Experience interpreting and advising on technical regulations, requirements, and standards across relevant jurisdictions/markets (required)
- Clear communicator (written and verbal) (required)
- Highly organised and proactive (required)
- Experience and knowledge of Change Management systems, requirements, and reporting obligations in multiple regulated markets (required)
- Experience interacting with Regulators if/where required on technical compliance matters including producing reports for regulators as may be required (required)
