Risk Mathematician
The Risk Mathematician is responsible for ensuring fair, secure, and mathematically sound gameplay across Live Casino products. This includes verifying game mechanics, identifying potential risks or exploits, and contributing to the development of safe and engaging gaming experiences.
The role involves analysing betting patterns of suspicious players and monitoring the performance of game equipment such as roulettes, dice, and RNGs. The Risk Mathematician will verify math files for existing and new Live Casino games, identify and assess risks, and build automated reports in Tableau for routine checks. Suggestions for new game ideas and improvements are also part of the responsibilities, along with collaborating with Risk and Surveillance teams and reporting daily activity to the line manager.
- Analyze betting patterns of suspicious players.

- University degree (required)
- Solid understanding of probability, statistics, and mathematical concepts relevant to game analysis and risk assessment (required)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (required)
- Advanced Python skills (required)
- Strong math, statistics, and analytical skills (required)
- Experience with Tableau (required)
- Advanced Excel, including VBA macros (required)
- Strong programming skills (Python, R, Julia, Matlab, etc.) (required)
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) (required)
- Ability to clearly explain technical info (required)
- Good communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills (required)
- Experience in Live Casino or online gaming (nice-to-have)
