Description

The Senior Benefits Specialist is responsible for managing, developing, and optimising employee benefits programmes, ensuring alignment with company strategy, employee needs, and market best practices.

This role involves managing operational and contractual relationships with benefits providers and collaborating with external vendors for the implementation and administration of benefits programmes. The specialist will analyse benefits costs and utilisation data, recommend improvements, and prepare reports and analysis regarding benefits utilisation and effectiveness. They will also provide support to employees and managers regarding benefits-related inquiries and ensure compliance of benefits programmes with applicable legislation and internal policies. Monitoring market trends and recommending new benefits initiatives is also a key part of the role.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate employee benefits programmes.
  • Analyse the competitiveness and effectiveness of existing benefits offerings.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for the implementation and administration of benefits programmes.
  • Manage operational and contractual relationships with benefits providers.
  • Coordinate benefits enrolment processes and employee communication initiatives.
  • Analyse benefits costs and utilisation data and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare reports and analysis regarding benefits utilisation and effectiveness.
  • Provide support to employees and managers regarding benefits-related inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance of benefits programmes with applicable legislation and internal policies.
  • Monitor market trends and recommend new benefits initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (required).
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Benefits or Total Rewards (required).
  • Hands-on experience managing employee benefits programmes (required).
  • Experience working with external vendors and contract negotiation (nice-to-have).
  • Good understanding of legislation related to employee benefits (required).
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills (required).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills (required).
  • Advanced English level (required).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills (required).
