Senior Benefits Specialist
The Senior Benefits Specialist is responsible for managing, developing, and optimising employee benefits programmes. This role ensures that all benefits offerings are aligned with the company strategy, employee needs, and market best practices.
The position involves overseeing the operational and contractual relationships with benefits providers while ensuring that all programmes remain compliant with relevant legislation and internal policies. The specialist will also play a key role in analysing benefits data to recommend improvements and support the overall effectiveness of the rewards framework.
- Manage and coordinate employee benefits programmes.
- Analyse the competitiveness and effectiveness of existing benefits offerings.
- Collaborate with external vendors for the implementation and administration of benefits programmes.
- Manage operational and contractual relationships with benefits providers.
- Coordinate benefits enrollment processes and employee communication initiatives.
- Analyse benefits costs and utilisation data and recommend improvements.
- Prepare reports and analysis regarding benefits utilisation and effectiveness.
- Provide support to employees and managers regarding benefits-related inquiries.
- Ensure compliance of benefits programmes with applicable legislation and internal policies.
- Monitor market trends and recommend new benefits initiatives.
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (required).
- Minimum 4â6 years of experience in Benefits or Total Rewards (required).
- Hands-on experience managing employee benefits programmes (required).
- Experience working with external vendors and contract negotiation (nice-to-have).
- Good understanding of legislation related to employee benefits (required).
- Strong analytical and organisational skills (required).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills (required).
- Advanced English level (required).
