Senior BI Analyst

Description

ARRISE is looking for a Senior BI Analyst to own the reporting ecosystem. This involves taking responsibility for the design, development, and maintenance of the Tableau reporting suite, ensuring high performance and data accuracy.

The role requires acting as a consultative partner to internal stakeholders, translating high-level business questions into technical requirements and delivery roadmaps. Collaboration with the data warehouse team is key to influence data modelling and schema design, ensuring the backend is optimised for all analytical needs.

The Senior BI Analyst will drive actionable insights by moving beyond descriptive reporting to identify trends and growth opportunities, providing stakeholders with clear "next step" recommendations. Standardisation of BI best practices, including dashboard and data documentation, along with quality assurance, will ensure a "single source of truth".

This position involves end-to-end execution, leading the full lifecycle of reporting projects from initial SQL data extraction and transformation to the final visualisation and stakeholder walkthrough.
