Senior Business Insights Manager
ARRISE is looking for a sharp, resourceful analyst to help turn a large volume of data into clear business decisions. The role involves combining fast, detailed analysis with the judgment to identify wider opportunities and recommend actionable next steps. Reporting to the VP of Player Experience, the successful candidate will own work from question to conclusion, including finding data, verifying it, explaining its significance, and following through on findings.
Strong use of AI and analytical tools is central to the role, both for everyday delivery and for building automated reporting and insight workflows. The position requires an individual who can move comfortably between detailed data and wider business questions to identify patterns and draw sound conclusions.
- Deliver fast, accurate insights to commercial and operational questions.
- Present conclusions first, supported by concise explanations, useful charts, and clear assumptions.
- Look beyond the initial request. If asked how much Italian gross gaming revenue comes from Italian language tables, identify whether the same analysis would be valuable across other key languages and develop it proactively.
- Support broader decisions such as how to allocate the next 100 tables across games, languages and betting limits, taking account of demand, capacity and profitability.
- Investigate performance changes, identify their likely drivers and translate findings into practical recommendations.
- Use AI tools and automation to accelerate analysis and build repeatable reports, alerts and workflows.
- Check the underlying logic and validate outputs before using them.
- Work with ARRISE's Data Engineering and platform teams to understand available data, reconcile inconsistencies and define additional data requirements.
- Keep analysis organised and reusable. Track requests, manage changing priorities and maintain clear definitions and documentation.
- Strong SQL and Excel skills, with the ability to retrieve, combine, check and analyse data independently (required).
- Practical ability to use AI tools in day-to-day analytical work and identify opportunities for automation (required).
- Demonstrated analytical ability and independent execution (required).
- A strong academic background in a quantitative or analytical discipline (preferred).
- Python (nice-to-have).
- Experience building automated analytical workflows (nice-to-have).
- Experience with BI visualisation tools (nice-to-have).
- Knowledge of iGaming (nice-to-have).
- Ability to work alongside the team in ARRISE's Gibraltar office (required).
- Comfort working in an intense environment with short deadlines, frequent requests and changing priorities (required).
