Senior Rewards Specialist

Description

The Senior Rewards Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing compensation programmes, with a strong focus on salary benchmarking, market analysis, and maintaining competitive compensation structures aligned with the company's rewards strategy.

This position involves conducting compensation analysis and providing recommendations regarding salary structures. The specialist will support managers and HR Business Partners during salary review and compensation planning processes, while ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage salary benchmarking and market pricing activities across all business functions.
  • Participate in salary surveys and analyse market compensation trends.
  • Conduct compensation analysis and provide recommendations regarding salary structures.
  • Support managers and HR Business Partners during salary review and compensation planning processes.
  • Contribute to the design and maintenance of salary bands and compensation policies.
  • Analyse internal equity and external competitiveness of compensation practices.
  • Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Support annual merit increase, and salary budgeting processes.
  • Collaborate with Finance teams on payroll forecasting and budgeting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant legislation.
  • Recommend initiatives to improve compensation programmes and employee retention.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards (required).
  • Strong experience in salary benchmarking and compensation market analysis (required).
  • Experience using compensation surveys such as Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, AON Radford, or similar (required).
  • Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills (required).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (required).
  • Experience with HRIS and compensation systems is considered an advantage (nice-to-have).
  • Advanced English level (required).
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills (required).
