Senior UI Motion Designer
As a Senior UI Motion Designer, the individual will be responsible for creating rich, engaging game animations that bring the live casino experience to life. This includes everything from micro-interactions on buttons, immersive betting flows, and celebratory win effects to dynamic transitions that enhance the gameplay experience.
The role plays a key part in shaping the look and feel of motion across products, building scalable systems that ensure consistency, performance, and delight. Beyond crafting individual animations, the designer will define reusable patterns, component libraries, and global motion principles that scale across multiple games and platforms.
Collaboration with product designers, developers, and game teams is essential to ensure animations not only look stunning but integrate seamlessly at the browser level.
- Create high-quality UI animations, including transitions, button interactions, gameplay flows, and celebratory effects/special effects.
- Work with Figma and After Effects to design and deliver motions for game interfaces and objects.
- Develop scalable animation systems: global timings, motion libraries, easing curves, and reusable interaction patterns between games.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure animations align with gameplay and technical requirements (browser friendly).
- Optimize animations for performance and responsiveness across platforms.
- Prepare assets and specifications to ensure a smooth developer handoff and front-end integration.
- Advocate for best practices in motion design and help build a motion design culture within the team.
- Proven experience as a UI Motion Designer or in a similar role, ideally within gaming, interactive media, or product design (required).
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe After Effects (required).
- Solid understanding of web performance principles and animation optimization at the browser level (required).
- Familiarity with CSS animations, JavaScript, React Framework, and libraries such as Framer/Greensock (GSAP) or WebGL (required).
- Experience working with design systems and contributing to scalable, reusable visual frameworks (required).
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams (required).
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written English (required).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating functional UI animations in real product contexts (required).
- Experience in live casino, gaming, or entertainment industries (nice-to-have).
- Knowledge of 3D animation principles and tools (nice-to-have).
- Basic understanding of front-end development workflows (nice-to-have).
- Monthly salary from 3420 EUR to 3900 EUR gross/per month.
