Senior UI/UX Designer
The company is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who can take full responsibility for game concepts and bring them to life with precision and creativity. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly focused, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong animation skills are essential, as the company wants someone who can elevate its products and set new standards in the iGaming space.
The role involves creating highly usable and visually captivating interfaces and experiences, taking ownership of both UX and visual design aspects. The designer will develop interactive prototypes, design game features and concepts, and establish design standards for consistency across products and the brand. They will also design game flows, storyboards, and new feature interactions to enhance user engagement, crafting beautiful and functional user interfaces.
Furthermore, the designer will create and document design systems and guidelines, generate new ideas for UI/UX improvement, and participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions. They will present design concepts, prepare source files for development, and oversee the implementation process. Collaboration with product owners, managers, stakeholders, engineers, business analysts, and support teams is key to defining and refining the product and user experience strategy. The role requires operating effectively both independently and as part of a team, along with performing any other tasks as may be required by the Company.
- Create highly usable and visually captivating interfaces, experiences, and visuals, taking ownership of both UX and visual design aspects.
- Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate and refine design concepts.
- Design game features and concepts, ensuring they align with user needs and business goals.
- Establish and maintain design standards for styles, components, and variables to ensure consistency across products and brand.
- Design game flows, storyboards, and new feature interactions to enhance user engagement.
- Craft beautiful and functional user interfaces that deliver an exceptional user experience.
- Create and document design systems and guidelines to streamline design processes and maintain consistency.
- Generate new ideas and creative solutions to continuously improve UI/UX.
- Participate in design reviews, team meetings, and brainstorming sessions to contribute to the creative process.
- Present design concepts to teams and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments.
- Prepare source files for development and oversee the implementation process to ensure design fidelity.
- Work closely with product owners, managers, stakeholders, engineers, business analysts, and support teams to define and refine the product and user experience strategy.
- Operate effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Any other tasks as may be required by the Company from time to time, which fall under the general responsibilities of this job title.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a UI/UX Designer (required).
- Experience in the iGaming industry is considered an advantage (preferred).
- Strong understanding of usability, user-centered design principles, and web standards (required).
- Proficiency in developing and working with design systems and libraries (required).
- Solid knowledge of Figma (including Branching/Variants) (required).
- Familiarity with the Adobe toolkit (Photoshop when needed) (required).
- Experience with Figma or Framer for prototyping (required).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (nice-to-have).
- Experience with Jira or Monday.com is a plus (nice-to-have).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is advantageous (nice-to-have).
- Knowledge of After Effects or Animate CC (required).
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written English (fluency is required) (required).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members (required).
- Demonstrated creativity, passion, and meticulous attention to detail (required).
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality (required).
- Monthly salary is 3900 EUR gross per month.
