Talent Acquisition Specialist
The Talent Acquisition Specialist contributes to the overall Live Casino Business unit talent acquisition strategy. The role involves developing the talent acquisition agenda to foster a positive recruitment experience and enhance the employer branding proposition throughout the hiring process.
On a daily basis, the individual communicates with various stakeholders to provide expert advice and solutions on talent acquisition subject matters.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to source and recruit top talent for assigned positions.
- Utilize innovative techniques and cultivate a robust network of potential candidates through proactive market research, events, and relationship management.
- Collaborate with agencies and search firms to outsource recruitment efforts as needed.
- Develop job descriptions, identify candidates, manage the candidate experience, and negotiate offers.
- Conduct regular meetings to align on hiring needs and candidate statuses.
- Provide insights into industry trends and the competitive landscape to ensure the company stays ahead of the curve.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles (required)
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies (required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (required)
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment (required)
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools (required)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (required)
- Experience in the iGaming or technology industry (nice-to-have)
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations (nice-to-have)
- Certification in recruitment or HR-related disciplines (nice-to-have)
