Team Lead - Surveillance Controller
The Team Leader Surveillance Operator will monitor and analyse physical and online gaming environments, ensuring compliance with security protocols and industry standards.
The role involves verifying incidents, analysing roulette wheel deviations, and testing surveillance systems for bugs or performance issues.
This position demands strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
- Analyze and verify studio-reported incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
- Prepare assistance reports for potential disciplinary actions or staff evaluations.
- Perform detailed analysis of roulette wheels to detect deviations beyond accepted standards, ensuring the integrity of gameplay.
- Operate security systems to monitor and maintain high levels of surveillance.
- Conduct routine and advanced testing of online gaming surveillance software, identifying bugs, errors, or defects.
- Collaborate with QA teams and developers to ensure system accuracy and functionality.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and logs, documenting activities, incidents, and testing results to ensure transparency and proper record keeping.
- Perform physical inspections and monitor online platforms for suspicious activities, reporting violations to management immediately.
- Ensure seamless operation of video monitoring consoles and security devices.
- Regularly verify and validate the performance of online gaming surveillance systems.
- Recommend improvements and updates based on performance analysis.
- At least 2 years as a Team Leader Surveillance Operator in the iGaming industry or with live products or a similar experience more related to fraud or risk. (required)
- Ability to operate and maintain surveillance software tools, including video monitor consoles and security devices. (required)
- Strong skills to perform detailed analysis of roulette wheels and online gaming activities, identifying deviations and suspicious activity. (required)
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English. (required)
- Ability to create accurate reports and maintain logs. (required)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including 8-hour shifts and weekends, to meet business needs. (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 for reporting, communication, and document management. (required)
- Experience with technical analysis and calibration of roulette wheels to ensure gaming accuracy. (nice-to-have)
- Familiarity with advanced surveillance tools and software for improved system performance. (nice-to-have)
