UI/UX Designer
ARRISE is looking for a gifted UI/UX Designer to join its Live Casino team and help shape the next generation of interactive gaming experiences. This role combines creativity, technical understanding, and a passion for crafting visually stunning and highly usable game interfaces.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design immersive, player-focused products enjoyed by millions worldwide. A portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX work is required for consideration.
- Create highly usable, visually captivating game interfaces and experiences, taking ownership of both UX and visual design aspects.
- Develop interactive prototypes to communicate, test, and refine design concepts.
- Design game features, flows, and concepts that align with user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives.
- Establish and maintain design standards, including styles, components, and variables/tokens, to ensure brand and product consistency.
- Design game flows, storyboards, specifications, and new feature interactions to enhance user engagement.
- Build intuitive game flows, storyboards, and new feature interactions to enhance user engagement and clarity.
- Craft beautiful, functional user interfaces that deliver exceptional player experiences across responsive viewports.
- Create and document comprehensive in-game design systems and guidelines to support scalable and efficient design processes.
- Generate new ideas and creative solutions to continuously elevate the quality of UI/UX in Live Casino games.
- Participate in design reviews, team meetings, and brainstorming sessions, contributing to the creative vision.
- Present design concepts to internal teams and stakeholders, integrating feedback and making necessary refinements.
- Prepare clean, developer-ready source files and oversee the implementation to ensure pixel-perfect design fidelity.
- Work closely with product owners, managers, stakeholders, engineers, business analysts, and support teams to define and refine the product and user experience strategy.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Perform other related duties as required that fall within the scope of the job title.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in gaming, entertainment, or other interaction-heavy digital products (required)
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI design, UX thinking, responsive, and interaction design skills (required)
- Understanding of web performance principles and animation optimization at the browser level (required)
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools (Figma, Adobe Suite, or similar), including excellent command of components, auto-layout, responsive design, and prototyping (required)
- Deep understanding of visual design principles: layout, composition, typography, spacing, color, motion, and interaction (required)
- Experience designing for multi-platform environments (desktop, tablet, mobile) (required)
- Ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive, engaging user experiences (required)
- Familiarity with design systems, scalable UI kits, and component-based workflows (required)
- Strong problem-solving mindset and creativity with meticulous attention to detail (required)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions clearly (required)
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in collaborative, cross-functional teams (required)
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written English (required)
- Monthly salary is from 2800 EUR/gross to 3300 EUR/gross per month.
