Lifecycle Marketing Specialist
PrizePicks is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to build and own the customer lifecycle strategy for one of its newest product lines from the ground up. This role offers a rare opportunity to shape a lifecycle marketing function during an early, fast-moving build phase, requiring the successful candidate to own strategy and cross-functional representation for a product that is still taking shape.
The successful candidate will possess a strong background in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and customer engagement strategies. They will be comfortable operating with ambiguity in a 0-to-1 environment and will be responsible for driving core repurchase and retention goals through organic lifecycle communications.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle strategy for a newly launched product line, driving its core repurchase and retention goal primarily through organic lifecycle communications.
- Design and execute post-purchase nurture flows, re-engagement nudges, and usage reminders.
- Partner with analytics to monitor a key guardrail metric that distinguishes genuine reinvestment from cash-out behavior, and to maintain a consistent ROI/attribution methodology across all lifecycle domains.
- Represent Lifecycle Marketing on the product’s cross-functional team, filling a dedicated seat among its workstream owners.
- Coordinate with other lifecycle domains to avoid overlapping campaigns and ensure a consistent end-to-end customer experience.
- Work with lifecycle analysts to define and extend customer segmentation to cover this product’s activity.
- Participate in shared quarterly tentpole campaign planning, contributing the product’s unique angle to a unified brief.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, email/lifecycle, or CRM marketing roles (required).
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Braze, Optimove, or similar tools (preferred).
- Strong understanding of email/in-app/push marketing best practices and copywriting skills (required).
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, pre-launch environments and building lifecycle processes from scratch (required).
- Experience in Daily Fantasy Sports, gaming, e-commerce, or subscription/consumer products (preferred).
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive actionable insights and optimize campaign performance (required).
- Organised and detail-oriented, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment (required).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills (required).
- Company-subsidized medical, dental, & vision plans
- 401(k) plan with company match
- Annual bonus
- Flexible PTO to encourage a healthy work/life balance
- Generous paid leave programs, including 16-week paid parental leave and disability benefits
- Workplace flexibility and modern work schedules
- Company-wide in-person events and team outings
- Lifestyle enhancement program
- Company equipment provided (Windows & Mac options)
- Annual performance reviews with opportunities for growth and career development
