Account Manager
Push Gaming is looking to hire an Account Manager to own the relationship with a portfolio of partners end to end. The role involves understanding partner businesses in detail and growing the revenue generated through these partnerships.
The Account Manager is responsible for a portfolio of partner relationships and is accountable for the revenue generated. This includes building strategic plans, coordinating delivery, and maintaining the relationships that turn content into performance.
- Build the growth strategy by creating and owning 12-month strategies.
- For each partner, grow the size of their whole pie rather than just our slice.
- For each market, grow faster than the market itself.
- Sell consultatively with data by interrogating performance data and using it to back recommendations with partners.
- Know and upsell the product by being passionate about Push Gaming's content and tools, understanding how they grow a partner.
- Grow wide and deep relationships by holding strong relationships across the partner's functions to keep engagement high and delivery on track.
- Own commercial discussions end to end by leading negotiations and managing the full commercial relationship, unafraid to challenge the partner to reach the right outcome.
- Learn the technical setup by getting to know the opportunities and limitations of a partner's platform and tech.
- Understand marketing lifecycles by staying close to the audience and marketing lifecycles that drive traffic.
- Report and stay disciplined by delivering weekly and monthly performance reporting, and following CRM processes.
- Commercial or account-management experience in iGaming, or a comparable B2B environment (required)
- A track record of growing revenue in a portfolio of accounts (required)
- Comfortable reading performance data and turning it into clear recommendations (required)
- Confident building relationships face-to-face, with a willingness to travel to partners (required)
- A university degree (nice-to-have)
- Additional languages (nice-to-have)
