Senior Account Manager
Push Gaming is looking for a Senior Account Manager to own its biggest and most strategic partner relationships and markets end to end. This role is responsible for setting the standard for how Push Gaming grows and helping the wider team do the same.
The Senior Account Manager owns the biggest and most strategic partner relationships and is accountable for the revenue generated. This involves building plans, leading commercial discussions, and holding relationships that turn content into performance. As one of the most experienced people in the team, the role sets the standard others look to.
- Create and own 12-month growth strategies for the largest and most complex partners and markets.
- Interrogate performance data and use it to back recommendations with partners.
- Be passionate about Push Gaming's content and tools, understanding how they grow a partner.
- Hold strong relationships across the partner's functions, up to a senior level, to keep engagement high and delivery on track.
- Independently manage Push Gaming's most complex negotiations and full commercial relationship, unafraid to challenge the partner to reach the right outcome.
- Identify opportunities in new markets and confidently deliver market launch plans.
- Set an example for other Account Managers through coaching and support, and be a key contributor to team meetings and projects.
- Get to know the opportunities and limitations of a partner's platform and tech.
- Stay close to the audience and marketing lifecycles that drive traffic.
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting, and follow CRM processes.
- Substantial commercial and account-management experience in iGaming (required)
- A proven track record in key account management, growing revenue across major accounts (required)
- Confident leading complex commercial negotiations end to end (required)
- Comfortable reading performance data and turning it into clear recommendations (required)
- Confident building relationships face-to-face, with a willingness to travel to partners (required)
- A university degree (preferred)
- Additional languages (preferred)
