Affiliate Account Executive

Description

Our Affiliate team is growing and we're looking for an Affiliate Account Executive to join us in London. In this role you will support the day-to-day management, activation, and optimisation of affiliate publishers across the Quantum Network. You will work closely with our Affiliate, Marketing, and Data teams to help drive performance across our core markets, while building strong commercial, analytical, and relationship management skills along the way. You will develop a solid understanding of Quantum's business model, performance metrics, publisher ecosystem, and the markets we operate in, ensuring your work aligns with our broader strategic priorities and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the day-to-day management and optimisation of affiliate publishers across the Quantum Network
  • Monitoring publisher performance against key metrics including lead volume, CPL, conversion rate, and Gross Profit
  • Helping identify performance risks, opportunities, and optimisation areas across publisher activity
  • Contributing to daily, weekly, and monthly reporting with clear updates and escalation where needed
  • Supporting outreach to new, warm, and dormant publishers using agreed scripts and playbooks
  • Assisting with onboarding new partners, campaign launches, and early-stage activation
  • Maintaining clean and accurate partner data across internal systems, dashboards, and trackers
  • Supporting campaign setup, tracking checks, operational QA, and issue resolution where required
  • Collaborating closely with Affiliate, Marketing, Creative, Paid Media, and Data teams to support launches, testing, and optimisation initiatives
  • Contributing to team discussions around prioritisation, growth opportunities, and strategic initiatives
Requirements
  • 1-2 years experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, account management, sales, or a commercial graduate role (required)
  • Comfortable working with data and numbers with a strong eye for detail (required)
  • Organised, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once (required)
  • Curious and eager to develop commercial, optimisation, and relationship management skills (required)
  • A confident communicator who can engage comfortably with internal and external stakeholders (required)
  • Positive, proactive, and collaborative in how you work (required)
  • Comfortable in a fast paced and ever changing environment (required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (required)
  • A genuine desire to learn, grow, and lift others around you (required)
