Community Chat Ambassador
Rush Street Interactive is looking for a Community Chat Ambassador to oversee and moderate interactions within the LATAM Community Chat. This role acts as a conversation starter to promote a fun, positive, and exciting environment for players while ensuring compliance with chat rules and clear communication of site promotions.
The Community Chat Ambassador contributes to the creation of innovative ways to engage with customers. This is a part-time position.
- Monitor chat conversations to ensure community rules are respected, including regulating offensive behaviour/language or rule violations.
- Remind members of the community guidelines and ensure everyone understands and follows them.
- Encourage players to actively and positively participate in discussions and activities by asking questions and sparking interesting conversations.
- Resolve conflicts between players impartially and constructively, seeking solutions that benefit the community environment.
- Provide assistance to members who have questions or need support, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
- Review and analyze chat activity to identify trends, problematic behavior, and areas for improvement.
- Report recurring issues or serious situations to administrators/stakeholders for further attention.
- Gather and share player feedback, highlighting both strengths and areas for improvement.
- Stay informed on community trends and best moderation practices.
- Coordinate, prepare, and manage innovative promotions and events that boost engagement in the chat.
- Effectively promote marketing campaigns and platform features.
- Analyze and share communication suggestions with other team members for continuous improvement.
