Through search and social advertising, data-backed analysis, and leading technical products, we guide users to the right solutions at the right moment - while driving measurable results for our partners.</p><p>The Role</p><p>We’re looking for a hands-on, technically-oriented Product Manager to join our R&D team as a maternity leave replacement. This is a high-impact, temporary position (6-9 months) for someone who can "hit the ground running" and lead the development of internal products that power our business operations.</p><p>You will step into a pivotal role at the intersection of Product, AI, and Business, taking full ownership of our internal roadmap and ensuring our R&D momentum continues without missing a beat.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the Roadmap: Own and drive the end-to-end development of internal products and AI-based solutions during the coverage period.</li><li>Rapid Execution: Step into an active development cycle, managing the backlog, sprint planning, and prioritization in close collaboration with R&D, data, and design teams.</li><li>Translate Needs to Tech: Gather requirements from business stakeholders and turn them into clear PRDs and actionable technical specs.</li><li>AI & Automation: Identify opportunities to integrate AI into existing workflows and lead the development of internal AI-powered tools to drive efficiency.</li><li>Cross-functional Delivery: Ensure smooth coordination across business, tech, and analytics to ensure adoption and impact.</li><li>Analyze & Improve: Investigate product performance, perform root cause analysis, and solve problems using data.</li></ul><p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p><ul><li>A Fast Learner: You have the ability to rapidly onboard into a complex technical environment and take ownership of a "moving train."</li><li>Technically Savvy: You can speak the language of developers and understand system architecture and database structures.</li><li>AI-Oriented: You are curious about LLMs and new technologies, and you’re excited about applying them to real-world business problems.</li><li>Communication Pro: You can bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, presenting clearly to leadership.</li><li>Proactive & Independent: You have a strong sense of ownership and can drive projects forward with minimal supervision.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Up to 2 years of experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager - Must</li><li>Strong technical orientation – experience working closely with R&D teams and understanding technical systems.</li><li>Proven experience writing clear PRDs and technical documentation.</li><li>Hands-on Agile experience (Scrum, sprint planning, backlog management).</li><li>Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Immediate/Short-notice availability – to ensure a smooth hand-over process.</li></ul><p><u>Advantages</u></p><ul><li>Experience working on AI-based products or automation initiatives.</li><li>Familiarity with LLMs, prompt design, or AI tools integration.</li><li>Experience in the affiliate marketing industry - BIG advantage.</li></ul>
