User Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a User Acquisition Manager to join our Tel Aviv team. In this role, you will manage user acquisition strategies, large-scale digital campaigns, and drive performance across display and social media platforms.
- Develop and execute data-driven user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Linkedin, Google and other major platforms.
- Optimize performance by analyzing key metrics and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
- Design and manage A/B and multivariate tests to enhance campaign efficiency and maximize results.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Monitor and manage budget allocation to ensure cost efficiency while meeting revenue targets.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying and leveraging new opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with external platform contacts (POCs) to stay informed and optimize campaigns
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in user acquisition or performance marketing, with a proven track record in global, high-budget campaigns.
- Expertise in digital marketing platforms-Meta (Must!), TikTok, Google Ads, LinkedIn-Advantages.
- Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Pivot tables, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, or other attribution platforms.
- Strategic thinker who can balance big-picture goals with detail-oriented execution.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- High-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
