Description

The Compliance Department is actively seeking a Compliance Operations Administrator. This role is pivotal in supporting day-to-day operations within the department, with a focus towards investigating and resolving of complaints, scrutinising and approving marketing content, GDPR requests and maintaining ongoing compliance reporting.

The successful candidate must also be prepared to tackle ad-hoc tasks that arise within the department.

Responsibilities
  • Thoroughly investigate complaints logged by the support department, employing meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to resolution.
  • Serve as the point of contact with dispute intermediaries when deemed necessary, ensuring a seamless and fair dispute resolution process that upholds customer satisfaction and compliance standards.
  • Promptly and efficiently address inquiries received through the Compliance mail-box and project boards, ensuring clear and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Support the team in gathering and organising data requests pertaining to GDPR across all jurisdictions, meticulously adhering to data protection regulations and privacy standards.
  • Compile comprehensive and insightful monthly reports summarising compliance activities, offering valuable data-driven insights to aid the Compliance team's decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to compile and deliver accurate and comprehensive data reports to regulatory authorities in licensed jurisdictions, ensuring strict adherence to specified deadlines.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance assessments on marketing through several mediums (website, social media, streaming platforms, bespoke marketing campaigns), SEO content to guarantee alignment with established standards and regulatory requirements, contributing to the commitment to compliance.
  • Maintain and update company manuals and documents that pertain to compliance procedures and protocols, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the team.
  • Actively engage in collaborative efforts with diverse internal departments to efficiently execute tasks and projects within specified time frames. Foster open communication and cooperation to achieve collective goals.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the accurate and timely completion of Due/Enhanced Diligence questionnaires required by Banks, Game Providers, and Payment Providers. This involves a comprehensive review of internal Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) policies and procedures to demonstrate compliance and transparency to external partners and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, business, accounting, or finance)/ or equivalent in work experience will be considered an advantage but is not a strict requirement (preferred).
  • Proficiency in the English language, with the ability to communicate effectively (required).
  • Prior experience in a Compliance or Administrative role is beneficial but not mandatory (nice-to-have).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (required).
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners (required).
  • Outstanding time management and organisational abilities, with the capacity to meet multiple daily deadlines (required).
  • Keen attention to detail and a strong focus on quality (required).
  • Flexibility and adaptability in embracing new responsibilities as they arise (required).
