Senior Java Software Developer
SkillOnNet is seeking an experienced Senior Java Software Developer to join the Backend Engineering team and become a key contributor to the development and continuous improvement of the backend platform. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a pivotal role in building scalable, reliable, and innovative backend services.
- Develop and maintain enterprise-level applications platform.
- Participate in functional design specification reviews and work with technical team members to determine technical design approaches.
- Work together with other department developers regarding integration and shared development.
- Integrating with 3rd party applications and products.
- As a team member, you will be responsible on all aspects of handling the platform's backend.
- Maintaining the servers, deployment processes and debugging live in production when required.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java software development, with strong technical and problem-solving skills (required).
- Solid understanding and practical application of software design patterns and object-oriented design principles (required).
- Experience developing and maintaining applications in multithreaded and concurrent environments (required).
- Strong SQL skills, including database design, optimization, and writing complex queries against relational databases (required).
- Proven experience with the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and related technologies (required).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams (required).
- Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices within the team (required).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment (required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions (required).
