Senior Product Manager Portugal
SkillOnNet is looking for a strategic and data-driven Senior Product Manager to join its dynamic team. The role involves overseeing the vision, strategy, and roadmap of the company's products.
The Senior Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that product offerings align with business goals and deliver value to users.
- Define and drive the product strategy, vision, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and define product requirements.
- Lead the development of user-centred products by translating insights and feedback into features that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, compliance and other teams to execute product initiatives efficiently.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform decisions and optimize product performance.
- Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates on product status and roadmap changes.
- Oversee product lifecycle stages from concept through to launch, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (required).
- Master’s degree is considered an advantage (preferred).
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within digital products, online platforms, or the gaming industry (required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to leverage data and insights to drive product decisions and business outcomes (required).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams (required).
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, product development lifecycles, and software development processes (required).
- Results-driven, highly organised, and pragmatic, with a strong focus on delivering measurable business value (required).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, make informed decisions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment (required).
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail (required).
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across departments (required).
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences (required).
