VIP Account Manager - English Speaker
SkillOnNet is looking for an English-speaking VIP Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with its customers. The account manager’s role is to provide fast and accurate service to the most loyal customers and to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers for retention purposes.
If you are familiar with account management software (CRM), have a flair for client communication and understand consumer behaviour, we’d like to meet you.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide fast, accurate and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Take the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Promoting a “Safer Gaming” philosophy.
- Staying UpToDate on rules, processes, and licensing needs.
- Fluent in English (required)
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening (required)
- Willingness to work within an international team (required)
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters (required)
- Excellent communication skills (required)

- Proven customer service experience handling VIP Clients (preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices (preferred)
